When it comes to some of the coolest clothes in country music, you can look no further than NYCountry Swag. I mean, have you seen our new baseball caps?! About Nicole Piering
Nicole Piering is a contributing writer for NYCountry Swag.
Nicole grew up on Long Island, saying that she liked "all types of music, except country." That all changed when she randomly attended a Rascal Flatts concert at Madison Square Garden in 2007 and was immediately hooked. She'd argue that she became a country fan before country was cool, traveling around the tri-state area (and sometimes further) to attend country shows before artists started making NYC a tour stop. In addition to her love of country music, Nicole loves all things Disney-related. You can find her on Instagram at @NicolePiering.

There are certain voices that are just meant to be together. On their own, each voice is powerful and special, but when combined, there’s a transcendent magic that occurs. This is the case with the likes of country super-groups like Lady Antebellum, Rascal Flatts, and Little Big Town. Now, a new group has hit the […]

Performing an acoustic set from the Hackensack Meridian Health Stage 17 as part of the station’s “Up Close and Country” series, Houser sang some of his […]
It’s rare to accidentally discover a new artist and find yourself immediately captivated, wishing there was more than just three songs available on Spotify. However, this was this case when I stumbled upon Arista Nashville artist Carlton Anderson’s debut EP, released January 11. Featuring three songs, the collection is the perfect introduction for Anderson, displaying […]

When it comes to Christmas music, there are the classics, recorded time and time again by various artists. We all know and love them, but we especially love when a country artist comes along and creates a unique take on a tried and true classic. After hearing Mason Ramsey’s swinging take on “White Christmas,” we […]
In 2018, country music saw a dynamic shift at the top of the charts, with radio no longer being ruled by the old guard. While the likes of Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Thomas Rhett, and Old Dominion all had #1 hits this year, the charts saw an onslaught of chart-toppers hits by country newbies. In […]
Rascal Flatts fans were in for a surprise last Friday (December 7) when, without warning, the trio dropped a special EP (Big Machine Records). Entitled Jukebox, the four-song collection contains a quartet of classic songs, re-imagined by Gary LeVox, Joe Don Rooney, and Jay Demarcus. The surprise EP was inspired by a highlight of Rascal […]
