Music City Grand Prix is Officially Coming to Nashville

Music City Grand Prix is officially coming to Nashville!

Although this year has been anything but normal, 2021 is shaping up to be an exciting year. Recently announced, IndyCar will make a return to Nashville in a three-day festival dubbed Music City Grand Prix.  The extravaganza will take place August 6th – 8th, 2021 and will be an international celebration that will showcase the Nashville scene, including top artist performances, delicious southern cuisine, and of course, IndyCar racing in the streets of Music City.

To make this even more interesting, the temporary racetrack built for the event will be the first-ever track to ever send IndyCar drivers over water. With Nashvilles deep motorsports roots, combined with its ability to deliver world-class live music, the Music City Grand Prix is certain to throw a party that only Nashville can deliver, buckle up – it’s gonna be a wild ride,” said Kix Brooks (Brooks and Dunn) in a recent press release.

President and CEO of the Nashville record label, Big Machine Label Group, Scott Borchetta is an investor in this event, who is tasked with curating exciting and innovative music and entertainment acts for this special weekend. With artist options like Florida Georgia Line, Thomas Rhett, Lady A, Brett Young and so many more superstars on their roster, Big Machine is sure to pull off a stellar show.
