Kip Moore has his song recipe down and it never disappoints. He can write songs that are unique, but still maintain the style and punch that he is famous for. “Fire On Wheels” immediately raises your energy level and gets your head bopping, ready to take on anything coming your way. It’s got the grit that comes from traditional country, but the modernization of a rock sound. The song is reminiscent of his 2015 “Wild Ones”, this time with an even greater urgency and metaphorical fire.
“‘Cause everybody knows when the sun goes down // There’s some bad mamajamas gonna lay it down on your town”
No matter where you live, you find the urge to get out and go somewhere new, and this song reflects the rebel energy of just wanting to take off as fast as you can, and never look back. It’s a great song for driving, anything you just need to push through, or that party song to raise the vibrations. It’s quite a different vibe than his current radio single, “Crazy One More Time”, re-released earlier in 2022.
The lyrics paint a vivid picture, and you can almost see the drums beating like a pulse pushing on to what’s next. Moore is able to capture the restlessness and the heartbeat in all of us, and the drive to keep moving. With the pent-up urge to travel now, this song speaks to the desire in us all.

The singer-songwriter released a brand new song earlier today, perfectly titled “Good Life.” The release marks Moore’s first new song, since the debut of his album Wild World Deluxe, and the first single from his upcoming, yet-to-be-revealed fifth studio album.
Co-written by Moore with Dan Couch and Jay Joyce, “Good Life” is all about appreciating the present and living for the moment, a message we can all use in today’s climate. Sonically, the song is a certified bop. It’s groovy, fun, and innovative. Plus, it’ll make for an incredible song to be played at a live show in the future.

Kip Moore’s ‘Wild World Deluxe Album’ is available everywhere now, February 12th
Kip Moore released his Wild World Deluxe Album today, February 12th, which includes four additional songs. The original album, Wild World, was released in May of 2020 and included songs like “She’s Mine”, which was the album’s first single, “Red White Blue American Dream”, and the title-track. The deluxe version of Wild World will include two pre-released songs, “Don’t Go Changing” and “How High”, both of which have incredible music videos, as well as two brand new songs, “Midnight Slow Dance” and “Man’s Gotta Do”.
To celebrate the release of the deluxe album, Moore will be playing “Wild World Deluxe: Live From The Ryman”; a socially-distanced show and global livestream event at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee at 8 PM CT (9 PM EST) on February 12th. One dollar from every ticket sold will be donated to ACM Lifting Lives. Get tickets here.
With the deluxe version of the album, Moore adds four new songs to the 13-track record. First of which is “Don’t Go Changing”. The track reminds listeners of the importance and need of a constant in an ever-changing and uncertain world. While listeners can gather this from the lyrics of the song, Moore gives the song a much deeper meaning in its music video seen above. Moore uses the song as a metaphor to highlight the suffering of the live music industry in the current pandemic. In the music video, Moore highlights several well-known music venues across Music City and sits down with Chris Cobb, the owner of a local venue and co-founder of Music Venue Alliance Nashville, an organization whose current focus is to help independent music venues that are working to survive through the pandemic. The hope is that the music video will encourage fans to donate and help support the venues that are home to the very shows that they are longing to return to. In the next song, “Midnight Slow Dance”, Moore sings about two strangers who catch each other’s eyes from across the room. These two know they want the same thing and they don’t want to wait to see where things might go, but be together tonight. They don’t want to lead each other in circles and put off what they both want.

The most recently released track, “How High” compares the affection that someone could have for another to the smoke that fills up a room, to a balloon that gets released in the sky, and to the stars in outer space. “How High” takes on a deeper and less obvious meaning through the euphoric story that is told through its music video.
The music video, seen above, develops the story of an elderly woman living life how she desires, without allowing age to become any kind of a factor. Reminiscing through photos of her younger self, this woman makes a decision to live life as carefree as she did back then. As she breaks every stereotype of how she should seemingly be living, she dances her way through the streets smoking and drinking, and not caring about how she looks or what others may be thinking of her. She teaches everyone she passes, despite their judgment, how to live a little bit more like her. When she reaches the end of her journey, the amazing moments from throughout her life flash in her mind and she is overwhelmed with a sense of happiness and relief knowing that she lived her life to the fullest. This story is a reminder about how short life really is, and how we need to enjoy every second that we have here.

The deluxe album rounds out at 17 total tracks with “Man’s Gotta Do”. This is the story of a man that wants more for his own kid than what he had growing up. When he was just a boy, his father left him and his mom, and he was forced to grow up quickly and be the man he needed to be for his family. When he’s faced with the similar situation of being a dad earlier than he planned, and having to grow up too quick for the second time in his life, he chooses to be the man that his father wasn’t.

Kip Moore’s new song, “How High” is available now, January 15th, on all streaming platforms. The song marks the second to be released of four new tracks coming from the deluxe version of his Wild World album, due out February 12th.
The brand new track, “How High” is a metaphor about how unbelievably crazy the song’s character is about this girl. Comparing his affection for her to the smoke that fills up a room, to a balloon that gets released in the sky, and to the stars in outer space. The song takes on a deeper and less obvious meaning through the euphoric story that is told through its music video.
The music video develops the story of an elderly woman living life how she desires, without allowing age to become any kind of a factor. Opening the video to how you’d imagine her morning begins: with her making tea and moving slow, dressed in her robe and glasses. Then, as she looks at pictures of herself young, she makes a decision that she should be living the same way she did back then. She goes into her closet and grabs her big white fur coat, her shiny gold pants, puts on a ‘PARTY’ fanny pack and red lipstick, lets her hair down, and trades her elderly looking glasses for big fancy ones.

The woman in the video goes outside with a red balloon in her hand and is dancing her way through the streets wherever she goes as she smokes and drinks. She is in her element, loving life, and not giving a damn what others are thinking about how she looks or what she’s doing. Her neighbor and other young people she passes give her looks and make fun of her as she passes, but once she interacts with them, they begin to act just the same as her. She is teaching them how to be young.
At the end of the day, she goes to the beach, walks out to the ocean, and lets the red balloon go. As she does, all those amazing moments flash in her mind and it’s like a feeling of relief and happiness knowing that’s how she spent her day and her life.

Lyrically, this song is incredible and the video’s story and character only deepens the beauty of the song’s message.
With the release of “How High” Moore also announced, “Wild World Deluxe: Live From The Ryman” a socially-distanced show and global livestream event at the famed Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee. Kip Moore’s new song “Don’t Go Changing” comes with a powerful music video that shines a light on the unfortunate reality that the live music industry is facing during the pandemic. It is the first of four new songs that will be released on Moore’s new album, Wild World Deluxe, on February 12, 2021, and shares the theme of uncertainty that the singer/songwriter’s fourth studio album already embodies. “Don’t Go Changing” is about the need for a relationship to remain a constant in an ever-changing and uncertain world. This theme of uncertainty is expressed throughout the entire Wild Worldrecord. In his fourth studio album that dropped earlier this year, Moore co-wrote and produced all but one of the thirteen tracks, including his hit single “She’s Mine”. The success of Wild World prompted its deluxe release with four additional songs: “Don’t Go Changing”, “Midnight Slow Dance”, “How High”, and “Man’s Gotta Go”.
Wild World was inspired by Moore’s sense of wanderlust, which came from his experiences as a singer/songwriter. While travel was not something Moore had done before his move to Nashville, it became a large part of his life whether it was for performing or for escaping the new life of his. This raw and emotional collection of songs reflects Moore’s desire to be alone and his constant search for simplicity and joy. In what Entertainment Tonight called “his most honest music yet”, Moore dives deep into how his career has changed his life, and not always in the obvious and positive ways that one would think. The title track reflects the way he was raised and with that, a motto that he continues to live by: live life on your own terms.

Directed by Alex Ferrari, the music video is staged in several well-known independent music venues across Music City, including The 5 Spot, The End, The Basement, Mercy Lounge, and Exit/In. The goal of this video was to bring attention to the effect that the pandemic has had on the live music industry, specifically independent venues in Nashville. Moore performs in these noticeably empty and deserted venues to remind us of the unfortunate reality that the live music industry is currently facing. While fans are hoping for the return of concerts, those working in the music industry are hoping simply to return to work, and a decent way of life. There are so many aspects that go into the live music industry that have long gone unrealized, and continue to even now. There are bartenders, event staff, security guards, kitchen workers and many more who are essential parts of making the live music industry function, and they are suffering greatly in these times. It is not just happening in Nashville, but all across the country. The effect that the pandemic has had on the live music industry has been detrimental and what makes it even scarier, is that there is still no end in sight.
The video starts and ends with Moore interviewing Chris Cobb, owner of the Exit/In and co-founder of Music Venue Alliance Nashville, an organization whose current focus is to help independent music venues that are working to survive through the pandemic. The hope is that the music video will encourage fans to donate and help support the venues that are home to the very shows that they are longing to return to. A place like Exit/In, which averaged 20 shows a month, has now been closed for eight months. Cobb refers to the current situation that many like him are facing as living in “survival mode” as they await the unknown return of business.
While music can be our escape in these uncertain times, we can’t forget that in order for it to remain our escape, we need it to survive until its return to the stage. Moore helps to emphasize the need to save the music industry now, so that we will be able to enjoy live shows when the time comes, and it will. While Moore may desire the return of live music just as much as fans, he reminds of the difference between want and need, leisure and livelihood.

“She said, ‘Ooh baby, it’s a wild world” are the first lyrics in the chorus of the title track of Kip Moore’s fourth studio album available today (5/29). While that sentiment couldn’t ring truer during a global pandemic, Moore has forged ahead with the release of his highly anticipated project, giving fans just what the world might need right now, a little bit of musical medicine.
Opening with a song that he first played for attendees of CRS (Country Radio Seminar) back in February in Nashville at the Ryman Auditorium, “Janie Blu”, the story of a lost girl from his past that he is clinging to. Moore has a way of filling the entire space in a song with a smattering of instruments while his lyrics are insightful and quietly express the story. The project was recorded live with a full band to capture the full emotion of each of songs.
Throughout the project, Moore’s vocals sound better than they’ve ever been, intentional yet breezy. He sings each word with conviction, something that fans have gravitated towards since his debut album and sing back to him with the same confidence during his live shows.
One of the many highlights on Wild World comes at the very end of “Fire and Flame” where after several cathedral-like chords, Moore echos the chorus one final time as if speaking a confessional. “Someday I might find my way to heaven and Lord I hope there’s still room on that train / if you’re looking for me tonight, I’ll be out here burning bright, somewhere between the fire and flame”. The reflective track acts as a mirror showing the internal struggle you face as you grow older, trading in your vices for better practices.
“Music is the one thing where I really try to unveil where I’m at mentally, where my soul is,” the MCA Nashville recording artist explains in a press release. “As you get older, you start thinking about bigger concepts and where you fit in the grand scheme of this whole thing, and I’ve always lived my life simple. But the more I’ve lived, the more I understand that all this stuff we crave and seek, I see how much of life is smoke and mirrors. When I strip it down to the bare essentials, that’s when I’m the most happy.”
Although songs are written, recorded, and produced sometimes years before they become available for fans to hear, the title track seems as if Moore and songwriter Josh Miller could predict the crazy world they would be releasing this treasure into. “Wild World” reads like a list of advice a parent would give to their sons or daughters all the while, encouraging childlike wonder and to ultimately give up control. “Mama said, “Wild man, won’t you listen?” / Every second is God given / So forgive yourself, you’re just a man / And he’s too big for us to understand” he sings.
Moore’s version of a simple love song, “More Than Enough” highlights an effortless declaration that no matter what challenges may arise, a strong relationship can face anything. “I say the grass is pretty green right here, and this glass is past full, baby, cheers / to you, to me, to life and dreams, to all the little simple things / like this little piece of land that we’re on right now,” he croons in the second verse. “If it gets any better, hell, I don’t know how”.
“South” has a distinct sound, instantly catching your ear as Moore reminiscences of a summer romance over a bright cross-picking guitar while “Crazy For You Tonight” is sonically simple and sensual. The album closes with “Payin’ Hard”, for anyone who is following an unconventional dream. An acoustic masterpiece Moore outlines a life of sacrifices to play music, something that is specific to him and so many artists starving and yearning for the spotlight. “At the expense of my heart Lord, I’ve cashed in my soul / Chose this old guitar before the only love I’ve known / I gotta live with that, lose sleep with that when I close my eyes I’ll die with that yeah / My life’s a credit card, play now, pay later and I’m paying hard”.
Cowriting all but one song on Wild World, Moore bares his soul, laying out personal struggles and triumphs and managing to be sonically refreshing and nostalgic throughout. One of his most stunning works to date, this project continues his legacy in the country music world.

We’ve been a Kip Moore fan ever since his debut single “Somethin’ ‘Bout a Truck” and throughout teh years he continued to stay authentic with songs like “Wild Ones” in 2015 and more recently “Last Shot” and “More Girls Like You”. This year, Moore has not disappointed with songs from his upcoming album including, “Wild World” and his latest release, “Red White Blue Jean American Dream”. It has been three years since Kip Moore released his last album Slow Heart, and fans have been eagerly waiting for a new LP. Well, the wait is over! The MCA Nashville/UMG artist has announced his highly-anticipated fourth record, Wild World, will drop May 29th. Along with the announcement is the release of the LP’s title track.
On this project, Moore teamed up with David Garcia, Luke Dick, and Blair Daly to take on the role as co-producer while continuing to own his truth by penning all 13 tracks. Frequent collaborators Daly and Westin Davis also have writing credits, amongst others. “We wanted it to be more in-your-face. More earthy, more analog,” the singer said in a press release.
The unveiling of the (coincidentally) aptly titled song, too, comes at a time when we truly are living in what writers Moore and Josh Miller would call, a “wild world.” The track is packed with a great deal of life lessons, as the singer drew from advice given to him by his parents growing up.
“Don’t put your faith in the green of a dollar / And be proud of the blue around your collar / Give a little more, take a little less / You ain’t done till you done your best / Wear it on your sleeve instead of hidden in your chest,” Moore croons in this encouraging life lessons anthem. The 39-year-old also told Billboard that with this next effort, his “first hope at all times is that it does something to your soul when you’re listening to it.”
“I never want to be fodder and just words and melodies. I hope that it somehow applies to other people’s lives and brings them a little peace with questions they have and their own internal struggles they’re having. I’m always hoping they can feel my heart as far as that goes. My heart was put in the project,” Moore added.

Multi-platinum country artist Kip Moore debuted a new single “She’s Mine” off of his forthcoming next studio album. “She’s Mine” follows Moore’s third studio album Slowheart which captured the hearts of many gaining praise from NPR, Rolling Stone, Bobby Bones Show, and Entertainment Weekly as well as Room To Spare: The Acoustic Sessions EP. This rockin’ guitar influenced tune has never been released as a studio recording but has appeared in the Georgia natives live set from time to time. Moore states in a recent press release, “This one always felt like a hit record.”
“She’s Mine,” written by Moore, Scott Stepakoff and Dan Couch nearly ten years ago, chases the singer-songwriter stepping into the role of a soul-searching journeyman on a coast to coast expedition seeking love everywhere he goes. No matter the place, “Last Shot” singer is not throwing in the towel. He sings: “Yeah maybe she’s in Dallas, cheering for the cowboys / Maybe laying low down in Mexico, I know she loves the sunshine / Yeah maybe she’s in Vegas, at a table dealing blackjack / Hey if you wouldn’t mind, if you see her out tonight, Tell her she’s mine.”
“I wrote this song at a time in my life when I realized that my life was flipped upside down and I didn’t know which way was up,” shared Moore. “Every experience from there forward, I felt like everything was going to be a surprise. I didn’t know where I was going to end up, who I was going to meet or who I was going to be with. I’m fired up to be getting new music out there, and this song is just the beginning. I know the fans are ready and so am I.”
